Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LOOP Software processes personal data when you visit shko.app or contact us. The apps we publish for taxi companies have their own policies, issued in those companies' names.

01Who we are

The data controller is LOOP Software, Prishtina, Kosovo. You can reach us at hello@shko.app.

02What we collect

  • ●Contact form: the name, email address, subject and message you send us.
  • ●Visit statistics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
  • ●Your language choice is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.

03Why we use it

  • ●To answer your enquiry and provide our services, at your request.
  • ●To understand and improve the website, based on our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

04Who we share it with

  • ●EmailJS, the service that delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • ●Google (Google Analytics), for visit statistics.

These providers may process data outside Kosovo, including in the United States, under the safeguards the law requires.

05How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

06Your rights

Under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and object to its processing. Email hello@shko.app and we will reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo (AIP).

07Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
