Shko is white-label taxi booking and dispatch software for taxi companies. It provides one iOS & Android app, published under your brand, with a passenger mode and a driver mode (with one-tap navigation and earnings), and a web dispatch console for automatic dispatch, live GPS tracking, drivers, earnings and payroll.
With Shko’s rapid deployment architecture, your branded apps can be deployed rapidly. We configure your custom color scheme, logo, fleet tariff rules, and corporate identity, then guide you through App Store and Google Play publishing with zero guesswork.
Yes, 100%. Shko operates entirely as your silent technology partner. Your riders and drivers only interact with your brand name, logo, corporate color palette, app icons, and legal terms. Push notifications are also delivered under your brand.
The app for passengers and drivers is built natively for iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). The Dispatch and Admin Command Center operates via modern desktop and tablet web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) without requiring complex local installations.
Shko supports cash, card payment on the in-car terminal, and online card payment through Stripe, collected before the taxi is dispatched. You set the base fare, per-kilometre rate and minimum fare for each vehicle type, with separate prices for app and website bookings, plus distance-based discounts.
Yes. Before launch we help you add your drivers, vehicles and fares to Shko, so you can keep working as usual and switch over once your new app is live.
Shko is priced per active vehicle per month: €19 for vehicles 1–10 (minimum €152 a month), €17 for vehicles 11–30 and €15 for vehicles 31 and up. A one-time €500 setup fee covers branding and publishing your app on the App Store and Google Play. Annual billing gets 12 months for the price of 10. Prices are + VAT, every payment comes with an invoice, and there is no free trial.
No. Shko takes 0% commission. You pay the fixed price per vehicle and keep 100% of your fares.
No. Shko is software for taxi companies, not a ride-hailing platform. Passengers book with your company, in an app published under your name, and you set your own fares. Shko does not run rides or have its own drivers.
Shko is built by LOOP Software in Prishtina, Kosovo, for taxi companies in Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro. Your data is hosted on servers in Prishtina, with daily backups, and support comes in Albanian from the team that builds the product.
