Each rate applies only to the vehicles in its band, so adding a vehicle never raises the price of the ones you already have.

One-Time Onboarding & Store Publishing
One-time setup fee of €500 + VAT covers custom branding, app icons, system configuration, and complete deployment to both Apple App Store & Google Play Store. It is paid once, before your apps are published.
